  • we have 3 hostel - two are inside the campus and one outside. The inside campus are know as OH and NH hostels. NH is for the seniors . In OH all the girls (1st year and 2nd year) and a few first year ( around 60-70) boys stay and the rest of the 1st year boys have to stay in the C-9 Hostel which is around 10minutes walking distance from the main campus. For boys, the hostel are allotted on merit basis. Those with a higher final score would get to stay in the OH hostel and once that gets filled, the rest will have to stay in C-9 hostel.
  • The current mess charges are Rs. 7500 per trimester. The figure may increase or decrease according to the market condition. A lot of students prefer to eat at one on the several dhabas present near the institute.
  • There is a Coffee Day Express kiosk on campus which is open throughout the night. You can get tea, coffee, sandwiches etc over here. A Lipton kiosk is also present which serves you tea, coffee and Maggi throughout the night. There is also an IRCTC canteen that is open during lunch hours. There are several dhabas near the institute which provide a wide range of snacks and food at reasonable prices.
  • The facilities available on campus include centrally air-conditioned lecture halls with modern audio-visual aids, conference halls for round-table conferences, an auditorium of 500 seating capacity, and a MDP centre The institute has a well-stocked libarary with more than 98,000 books, 450 international journals, and subscription to 26 corporate databases. IIFT has set up the WTO Resource Centre in the Library to focus exclusively on WTO issues

  • In IIFT Delhi, there are 3 hostels. Out of these, 2 hostels are located on campus namely OH and NH. The 3rd hostel , fondly called C9, is located at 800 m walk from IIFT Delhi campus.  The hostel rent for the 2015-17 batch is INR 47,000/- per student per annum on triple occupancy basis and INR 57,000 per annum on double occupancy basis.
  • The MBA full time course at IIFT is a residential program and it is compulsory for students to stay in IIFT Hostels. Having said that, if at all PGs are permitted, then the area surrounding IIFT is an education hub with JNU and IIT-Delhi in very close proximity. So PGs/other options are easily available at a rent of around INR 5k-6k per month.
  • The food in college is decent. It's not the greatest, but mess food can and usually at most places is far worst. The cost per meal comes around INR 45-50 per meal.
  • Quality of classrooms is fair. The classrooms lack enough power plugs and charging points under the tables. Same goes for Computer Labs. Library is a wonderful asset at IIFT and is easily one of the best. Dining Halls need a work around in terms of Renovation. Wi-fi is bad at IIFT with NKN yet to be implemented and often causes a lot of problems. Infrastructure wise, IIFT needs a lot of work and vigil.

Hostel Facilities

C9 Hostel

Hostel life is the most important part of one's journey at IIFT. With over 60 students staying at our newly developed hostel at C9, the atmosphere of learning and having fun while staying at IIFT is unmatched. There is a separate mess facility at C9, and seating space for all students.

There is also a common room facility for students where they can sit for discussions and projects. It is also a great space for students to relax and rejuvenate owing to the television facility and table tennis facility. Hardly a five minute walk from the campus, it is well guarded and located in the plush green surrounding of Qutab Institutional Area

New Hostel

New Hostel (NH) is for the senior batch of students pursuing MBA (IB) from IIFT. It has 6 floors and all the rooms are on double-occupancy basis. Top two floors are guest rooms. NH hostel is connected with the help of passage to the academic block of IIFT .

It has a common room with a television and table-tennis table. It has an air-conditioned mess with sitting facility for all students staying. NH has Nescafe for refreshment adjoining to the hostel.

Old Hostel

Old Hostel (OH), located within the IIFT campus, has eight floors (including a basement) and is home to both the first and second year students of the residential International Business program.

Some rooms of the hostel face the landmark Qutab Minar while some face the lush green Sanjay Van, providing the perfect setting for students to enjoy a fresh environ.

The hostel has a mess which is capable of seating approximately 100 students at a time. The hostel also has a common computer facility which can be used by the students to take print-outs without visiting the market. Closely situated is the dry facility to cater to students' needs.

The hostel is fee is around Rs, 1,00,000 for two years. One cannot opt for a PG in full time programme and it is compulsary to stay in hostel but for Foreign exchange programme people, there are easy PG facilities available in Green park and Hauzkhas in around Rs. 7000/- per month.

Mess:

Every hostel has food facility available. The common mess prepares food at one place which is then put up in all 3 hostels with good quality and different menu every day. There is a provision of special food once in a  month and Non Veg is offered twice a week and chinese once a week. Mess charges Rs.11,250/- for 3 months together.

Overall, the campus is not as big as other b-schools but all the basic facilities are available here.
