One of the largest of its kind in the developing world, with a holding of around 84,000 volumes and subscriptions to 800 journals with complete online cataloguing, the IIFT Library is a veritable storehouse of information. No hostel facility is provided to executive students. Mess at the institute is average. Food is reasonable in cost but low in quality. Poor quality classroom, administration and even want to make money if you touch even an already broken thing. Unmanaged infrastructure which requires various modifications and replacements.

The infrastructure of IIFT is in a very poor stage, nothing seems working at college, the bathroom is not cleaned properly, classrooms are very old fashioned and poor WiFi, computer, sound system, Mike, etc. This is something they need to improve a lot. Since IIFT is govt College so they don't care about complain about this and they keep blaming Admin and govt. Also very poor in accepting student demand.
