Fees & Scholarships : Course fee will be 62000 Rs per year. For SC, ST Students there will be yearly scholarship program. Nearly 20 to 30% students will get scholarship every year. Yes, Sometimes loans are required to pay the college fees. Vijaya Bank will provide students, education loan easily.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : One can join for BE in the global academy of technology after completing 12th class and CET or COMEDK exams in Karnataka. The selection process and seat allotment will be through merits and ranks. One can join through management quota. I took Karnataka CET to get into this college. To pursue BE in global academy of technology one should have CET Ranking less than 20K.

Placements & Internships : I have done my internship at BHEL electronics, near Mysore road, Bangalore. Key companies that visit global academy of technology are Infosys, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Robert Bosh, capgeminei, SAP. Average salary per year is 3.3LPA, heights salary will be 4LPA. 70% of the students have got placed in the college placements program. Alumni of college have still connection with college and students. Many are giving worthy information about IT and management sectors where they are working in.

Academics & Faculty : College classes will starts at 9 in the morning. Classes will run till 4 in the evening. Students are encouraged to take projects on their own interests are much appreciated. Every year there will be a academic project for students. Exams are scheduled as per VTU . There will be 3 internal assessments. Best of 2 are taken. Quality of teaching is good. Teaching method is explanatory type. Practical knowledge should be given , which is more important. College environment is really good. Faculties are very friendly with students. I got a lot of things to learn. College experience is very memorable in my Life.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are two hostels. One for boys and another one for girls. Hostel fee will be 78000 per year. Which is 6500 per month. There are so many PG option around college. Facilities are good at pg. Pg cost will be 5500 per month. Canteen is good at college. Meals cost 30Rs. College infrastructure is nice. Labs , classrooms, libraries all are well equipped. College is providing wifi facility to the students.

Clubs & Associations : There is an NSS team in college. which will take part in Every college activities. Environment club and many more of this kind always make students participate actively. There is a cultural team which is one of the best of this kind called kalaparva. A cultural and religious festival like Ganesha Chaturthi is celebrated every year in the college. Technocultural test which is a yearly college fest called INTERACT always attract students within a college and outside the college. There are so many technical fests for every branch like, for electronics and communication department there will be a fest called RESONANCE. For Computer science, there is a fest called GENYSIS. Sports team in the college is well trained and encouraged by everyone. College life is really amazing in GAT. One cannot forget the 4 years of college life here. It gives them a great treasure of memories.
