GHRCEM PUNE PLACEMENT CELL

GHRCEM Pune Training and Placement Cell is an interlink between the corporate world and students. The department creates effective industry interface with students by organizing interactive seminars and lectures with industry stalwarts. The department also focuses on enhancing students' employability skills with personality development, soft skill grooming, CV making, and interview skill. The visiting companies also conduct pre-placement talks to prepare students for the final round of interviews. The college also offers internships to students through the Industry Institute Interaction Cell (III-Cell). The objective of the III Cell is to promote closer interaction between the academic and industrial fields.

The GHRCEM Pune placement process is an opportunity for the students to avail that job opportunity they always wanted. The GHRCEM Pune placementssy cell follows a rigorous yet systematic process of placement. The placement process of GH Raisono, Pune is given below in detail

The Affirmation- the affirmation involves the communication of the placement cell with the Company and vice-versa to confirm their arrival for campus recruitment. A screening process from both ends is also done.
The date- A date is decided by the recruiter and the GHRCEM Pune placement cell for the conduction of the initial screening.
Pre-Placement talk- The students are made aware of the job profile, the position, and the skill set the company is looking for. They are also provided information about the brand they will be working for, the position for which the students are appearing, and the number of vacancies the company has.
Screening- The screening consists of a plethora of methods. Some companies shortlist students on the basis of their CVs. There are others that make the students appear for a written test. And, there are still others that have psychometric tests, online tests, and group discussions lined up for the students.
Interviews- This is the pre-final step to avail of a job with the employer. A list of questions is asked in the interview to select an employee from the list of shortlisted candidates.
Announcement- An announcement with regards to the selection of the students is done in this step by the recruiters.
Official communication- The company then communicates about the same to the selected students by sending them offer letters.
