Infrastructure Facilities at Derozio Memorial College, [DMC] Kolkata:

Library:

• The College has a fully automated library which is located on the ground floor near the Principal's Chamber
• The library is divided into sections like Teacher's Study, Circulation Center, Journal and Newspaper Section, Reference Section, New Arrival Section and Reading Section
• It has a well-decorated reading room with 2,400 textbooks, 240 reference books like Dictionary, World books, Yearbooks, Encyclopedia, and many more
• The reading room can accommodate about 70 people at a time
• At present, there are 7 computers with internet facility inside the library
• The library of Derozio Memorial College has its own facebook and twitter page

Other Facilities:

• The college has an audio-visual studio and a dubbing studio
• It has broadcast cameras with a resolution of 2K and 4K, edit console comprising on an Apple Mac along with a teleprompter, web streaming facility, FCPT, 2.1 sound studio, etc
• Derozio Memorial College has a Community College as well which provides vocational and diploma courses
• The college has a computer lab 30 computers and ICT facilities like a projector with a screen, colour printer, scanner, etc
• All the laboratories have wifi facility
• The campus has well-ventilated lecture rooms, audio-visual aids, LCD TVs, public addresal systems, etc
• The campus also has a canteen that serves healthy and delicious food
