The placement is quite average. Anyway students with just a simple graduation are not well equipped enough to take up intellectually challenging roles in a company. There are internship fairs every year that offer stipend upto 15000. Main companies offering campus placements are KPMG , EY, GENPACT, INSHORTS, TRESVISTA etc. They offer profiles like sales, marketing, HR, tax analysts, risk analysts etc. The average package is somewhere around 3.5-4 lakhs which is quite decent for a simple graduate. Alumni network is okay. You can connect to them via social media and college page.
Yes, the college placement is too good for finding internships and all. Alot of big companies hire students like Accenture, EY And some others. More than 3L to 4L p.a. Alumni network is too good.
I have done an internship with a spoyl application for one month.
Placements in DCAC are very good, companies like EY and KCC wealth management, Medhub, Asti Infotech, etc., offer a very good position with a minimum salary of Rs, 17,000 per month. Medhub offers assistance manager with a package of INR 2,50,000 PA. Asti Infotech offers area sales executive. Dell offers Client tech support with a salary package of INR 3,60,000 PA. Many companies like Miles education, Indus valley partners provide jobs and internships. And DCAC has an official placement group on facebook. (Broadway-DCAC placement cell).
Internships are offered by our placement cell. The internships are from different companies for different courses and the companies that provide offers are renowned companies and usually provide internship certificates, LOR and some include the stipend and some without stipend. Google offers good packages to the students with INR 5 lakh to INR 6 lakh starting salary annually.
The college placement cell provides you with many opportunities starting from 1st year to the placement offers in the final year. The College provides courses for arts and commerce and mainly placement offers are for B.com honors, B.Com program, economic honors and English honors. The company of the commerce i.e. PWC, KPMG, Ernst and Young and Delloite visits the campus for the placement. While in short and other companies come for winter session for other placements. The average package offered is INR 3.0 lakh while the highest is INR 6 lakh offered by the company last year. The percentage varies but the mass recruitment is in commerce with Ernst and Young leading around 25%. The Alumni of Dcac are in many fields like AIB comedian Gursimran Khamba or Rahul Kanwal in India today group.
The students of our college gets easily placed as there is a placement cell in college itself. Every year majority of the students gets placed in companies like E&Y,KPMG,CEAT, and many more. Average package offered by the companies is3-4L p.a. and it basically depends on the students. Alumini network is quite impressive. As they take care about the needs of students and helps them apart from election campaigning.
