The placement opportunity given to students is Management Trainee Programmes at prestigious hospitality chains like Taj (Hotelier Development Programme), ITC (Kitchen Management Trainee), Oberoi (Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development) and many more. The college provides a lot of opportunities to work and improve your knowledge and gain experience in the department of interest.  The college has strong Alumni support. The major hotels of Hyderabad and many hotels across India have our college alumni working at all levels in the kitchen starting from Commis to the Executive Chef. They are a great help when students go for the internship as they impart them the knowledge and teach them the skill set required for a brighter future and career.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The process starts with the submission of the form which has either been downloaded from the website or collected from the premises itself. To be eligible to get admission in CAI. Main criteria are 10+2 pass, English speaking proficiency and above all love for food. The college organises an entrance exam held at their premises which is followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The candidate must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in any stream.

Fees & Scholarships : The average fee of the college is one INR 1 per year which covers all the uniforms, tool kits, books, working lunch and students are provided with best quality ingredients locally as well as exotic to cook. The college takes great effort to ensure the students get all the facilities and training in order to leave no stone unturned.

Academics & Faculty : The main focus stays on Practical Hands-on training in the kitchen teaching the students the basics of the hot kitchen as well as the cold kitchen. The students are trained to cook in bulk in the second year of the course and are offered a 16-week internship programme at the best hotel properties in India. Final year is where the students are given the opportunity to specialise in the area of interest as well as get trained in other departments too. The faculty is highly skilled and believe in producing the best quality products and getting the flavours and texture down till perfection. Chef Sudhakar ensures that the students are given the best education and offered the best set of minds to teach them. Along with the faculty the college invites guest lecturers to come and talk as well as teach the students.
