Daily Routine is excellent as the course is 80% Practical Oriented and also we spend a lot of time in the kitchen.Excellent methodology and also the infrastructure and the Faculty are the best in the country.This is the only college with uploads the pictures of the products made by the students in the regular practicals on the offical website on a weekly basis.Very Good and Tough because of high discipline rules and also hectic practical sessions.


CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

The College does encourage the Committees such as catering, cultural, sports and maintenance committees.Independence Day, Republic Day and the Annual Gala Buffet.Themes Buffets area also hosted from time to time.Good hard working but fun.

 Class timings are from 9 am in the morning but there will not be any fixed time to leave in the evening, it depends on the days events.  the method of teaching is 70% practicals and 30% theory classes.Overall experience is very good

There is no associated club But the college has many events ,competitions & sports, the general life is very tough and enjoyable

  • At CAI, the training is very strict and rigorous.
  • The academy will open at 9 am and will close according to the schedule.
  • The Method of Teaching will be 30% Theory and 70% Practicals.
  • The academy is Very Strict in maintaining the Discipline and Punctuality.

  • Apart from these, Culinary competitions are conducted by the institute.

  • Culinary Academy Of India is a one of the greatest college in india. This is a streak college and learn more things about hospatility and galley utility.
  • The quality and method of teaching is very good.The quality of  Food is also very good.
  • The overall experians in college is excellent.

  • The socities are: Gala buffet, Cake making, sports, charity, culinary workshops etc.
  • CAI life is very tough, the students have activities round the year, they will be continously working in the 9 kitchens, apart for academics they need to prepare for culinary competions.

About Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad

The Culinary Academy of India is the first professional training school for culinary arts to be founded in India, matching the standards of top American and European culinary institutes. The academy is located within a kilometer of the premier hotels in Hyderabad, giving the institute and its students the added advantage of convenience for practical on the job experience and later translating to better employment opportunities.

The Academy has 8 classrooms and 7 fully equipped training kitchens. It also has a well designed demonstration kitchen and a compact 36-cover training restaurant.
