Academics & Faculty : Culinary Academy of India (CAI) has a highly experienced and qualified faculty that includes master chefs, culinary experts, and professors with extensive knowledge and practical experience in the culinary arts. The faculty at CAI is known for its expertise in different areas of culinary arts, such as Indian and international cuisines, bakery and confectionery, food science, and nutrition.Apart from the regular faculty, CAI also invites guest lecturers and chefs from around the world to share their knowledge and expertise with the students.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : There will be an entrance exam that consist of general knowledge, and language skills. The exam is usually held in Hyderabad only Based on the students performance in the entrance exam and personal interview, the admissions committee makes the final selection. The selected candidates are then required to pay the admission fee and complete the formalities to secure their admission to the CAI.

Fees & Scholarships : The fee is very low when compared to other hotel management and culinary colleges, and the college also helps the students with the required documentation for the scholarship for the students who are eligible for the various scholarships schemes by the governement.
