B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology scholarships were initiated to support and benefit students in every possible way. • The Pre-Matric, Post Matric, and Merit-Cum-Means Based Scholarship Schemes for Minorities: The scholarship is given to the students who have secured 50% or above in the previous final examination and the annual income of whose parents income does not exceed Rs 2.50 lakh. A student residing in a particular State/UT will be entitled to a scholarship under the quota of that state. 30% scholarship is offered for girl students of each minority community in a state or union territory which is transferable to male students of that community in case of non-availability of female students in that community.
• Pragati Scholarship Schemes for Girl Students: B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology offers this scholarship worth Rs. 50,000 per annum for every year of study. The scholarship is applicable for up to two girls per family. The family income of the candidate should be less than Rs 8 lakhs per annum.
• Saksham Scholarships for Specially abled Children: The specially-abled candidate having disability not less than 40% and family income from all sources is Rs. 8 lakh per annum during the current financial year can apply for the B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology Kolkata scholarship.
• Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme (PMSS): Candidates who are a dependent ward/widow of deceased CAPFs & AR/ Ex-CAPFs & AR/ retired and serving CAPFs & AR/ State Police Personnel can apply for this scholarship. The candidates should have secured at least 60% marks or above in the minimum educational qualification.
• Swami-Vivekananda Merit-Cum -Means Scholarship Scheme: These scholarships will be sanctioned to deserving students on merit-cum-means criteria. Students should pass in the academic year with at least (a)75% marks in aggregate in the last qualifying examination from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education/West Bengal Council for Higher Secondary Education/Madrasa Education for Higher Secondary level or undergraduate level. 
• Aikyashree Scholarship Schemes: The applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal and must be studying in a school recognised by an educational board or council/ university of the state/ central government. The candidate must have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination. The annual family income should not exceed Rs 2 lakh. 
• Kanyashree Prakalpa: The candidate must be a domicile of West Bengal and have a merit rank in the state /national level entrance examination. The annual family income of the candidate must not be more than Rs 2.50 lakhs. 
• Jharkhand E-KALYAN Scholarship: The student applying for the B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology Kolkata scholarship must have a domicile or permanent resident of Jharkhand state and belong to SC, ST, or backward class. They must be studying at institutions recognised by the Government of Jharkhand/ Competent authority in Jharkhand and have an annual family income of INR 2.5 Lakh (for SC/ST candidates) and INR 1.5 Lakh (for OBC candidates).
• Merit-cum-Means G.P. Birla Scholarship: Students from West Bengal, who have in the year 2021, passed the class 12th exam and have secured marks 85% or more from WBCHSE or 90% or more from ISC/CBSE and whose family income is less than Rs 3 lakh per annum can apply for the B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology Kolkata scholarship. For students who are extra meritorious, maximum family income criteria may be relaxed in specific cases at the discretion of the trustees.
