Central Library

• The B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology library plays a key role in academic activities. It is located in spacious accommodation with an open access facility for providing support to many students. 
• The library has a massive collection of books, print journals and periodicals. 
• The college has a digital library that enables students to access e-resources and a subscription of two categories of e-journals – IEEE and J-Gate, by which various international journals can be accessed and downloaded. 
• In addition to automated search and issue of books and periodicals, the book bank facility is also provided to students to maintain quality learning. A multimedia facility is also available to encourage the students to e-learning. 
• The library has Springer ebooks with the perpetual license of more than 2000 titles available to the students through the digital library to enhance the quality of the learning experience. 
• The B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology library is also equipped with a National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) recommended lecture videos. The library has subscribed to NDL, Delnet, etc., to enhance its knowledge.

Language Lab: The B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology language lab is installed by CACM, STEP, IIT Kharagpur links multi- user Interactive Software Integrated Learning System (ISILS). This makes content delivery and interactive setup development with digitised content on language and communication skill development smoother. 

Computer Centre and Lab

• The B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology infrastructure has two computer centres for undergraduate courses and one computer centre for postgraduate courses consisting of 100 computers with the latest configuration connected through Campus LAN (wired and Wi-Fi) to support the students for browsing.
• The entire campus is connected through a high-speed fibre optic backbone. The institute is connected with a 50 Mbps (1:1) Internet leased line for 24 x 7 Internet facilities for intra and inter-campus accessibility.
• Besides the computer centre, the institute has 6 computer laboratories to facilitate the laboratory classes. A special Wi-Fi zone has been created to cater to the LAN facility to have a concrete, hands-on experience and be abreast with the latest software technologies.

Hostel facilities:  B.P Poddar Institute of Management and Technology hostel offers separate accommodation for girls and boys. The hostel also manages a hostel welfare committee to supervise hostel provinces.

Sports Facilities: The college conducts annual sports, intercollege football tournaments and cricket tournaments, Throw ball Tournaments in the NKDA Stadium on a rented basis.
