Bhavan's Centre for Communication and Management established in the year 2006 is a part of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan which was founded in 1938 by Sri K. M. Munshi with the blessings of the father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi. As BCCM is part of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, it focuses on values such as preserving the ancient art and culture, self-discipline and leading a life of commitment. The institute provides a safe, secure, and peaceful ambiance.

It is the world-class institute of business management studies in India. The institute provides courses in business studies and management. The academic programs of the institute nurture the skills of the pupils to face global challenges. The aim of the institute is to provide customized academic programs through professional partnerships, to sharpen the skills of the students and prepare them for global challenges.

The university offers multiple disciplines for a number of courses. The courses and the specializations offered are mentioned below.

BCCM PGDM:

The institute provides a full-time PGDM course. It has a duration of two years. The BCCM PGDM course is approved by AICTE and has specializations like Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Hospital Management. The ain of the institute is to build awareness about the Socio-economic environment, both domestic and international and its implications for businesses.

The objectives of the course are to impart analytical and problem-solving skills using modern-day managerial tools to enhance decision making
capabilities to the students and develop the students’ personality, integrated with strong values and positive attitude so as to be receptive to
societal concerns and ethical conduct.

PGDM degree has Industry oriented course structure and hence job prospects after completion, of course, is much better. PGDM curriculums are universally recognized and offer superior education quality because of its flexibility and autonomy to cater to the market job requirement.

BCCM offers state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities for the students to learn and grow to reach their career goals. There are many facilities provided by the college to the students. The college has a library which has vast collections of books.

The Computer Labs at this institute have the latest systems and these are upgraded with the latest software for every student to learn the latest technology which will help guide their creative vision to an entirely different league. 

The classrooms at the institute play an important role in setting up a perfect environment for teaching. BCCM has state of the art classroom facilities which include proper lighting, excellent interior, smart gadget. All classrooms are air-conditioned and have a comfortable seating arrangement. Classrooms are equipped with LCD projection facilities, wifi facility, computers, glass boards, PA system & CCTV security.

BCCM library houses 4,500 titles of books consisting of more than 12,000 volumes, 50 national journals, 12 international journals. The library at the institute also has various types of subscribed magazines and newspapers as well. 

The Institute has been successful in it' s idealistic attempt to build a Wi-Fi enabled campus. Students turn on their Laptops anywhere inside the campus and get connected to the high-speed internet. This keeps the students up-front with the leading age technology. The main motive is to keep the flow of education constant by providing uninterrupted internet so that students can get access to study material.

BCCM has 2 fully air-conditioned auditoria equipped with the latest projection and sound system. One auditorium has a seating capacity of 220 people whereas the other has a capacity of 150 people.

BCCM has a computer lab with 100 computers with the latest software and internet connectivity. Language lab software called LORREL is also available in the computer lab for learning communication English. SAP 6.0 consultant level Enterprise Resource Planning software is also present for training.

The computer lab at the institute has one IBM server running windows 2000 with broadband connectivity. Tally/ SAP/ ERP/ .Net/ C/ C++/ Oracle/ Java are some of the software installed in the computer lab.

The institute has a well-maintained and hygienic canteen. BCCM serves nutritious and healthy food to the students. Meals include (veg/nonveg) and snacks as per the menu prepared by students.

The crystal room is a peaceful room that can be used for meditation and peace of mind. The institute also organizes events and meeting like cultural events, annual sports meet are also conducted.

BCCM has a track record of 100% placement of its students as they prepare their students for placements by providing adequate training and conducting a mock interview. A dedicated set of personnel is present for conducting the placement activities. BCCM placement team not only is responsible for conducting placement and training activities but also they have to arrange a Summer Internship Program. 

The highest package offered at the institute was 10 LPA, the average salary offered was 4.20 LPA and 2.4 LPA was the minimum package offered.

Students of BCCM, studying in various specializations get job offers from the best companies. BCCM has a dedicated placement cell to carry out the placement activities as well as training the students for placements. Regular group discussions, industry expert talk sessions, debates, public speaking sessions, career guidance sessions, personality development sessions, soft skill training, presentation skills enhancement session, industry visits,  and mock interviews are conducted for making the students ready for final placements.

The institute also provides internship activities. Students have to undergo 8 weeks Summer Internship Program (SIP) in BCCM after completion of the 3rd trimester. The institute offers merit cum means scholarships. This is offered to those students who have performed well in the academic year. For availing the scholarships the candidate's overall performance like 10th, 12th, graduation, and marks obtained in admission test like CAT/ MAT/ OJEE/ XAT/ ATMA.

BCCM Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for the course offered by BCCM are mentioned below.

BCCM Admission:

The candidate wanting to apply for BCCM admission should meet the eligibility criteria as set by the university. Candidates must apply online on the college website. To be eligible for PGDM at BCCM the candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline, recognized by the Association of Indian University (AIU) for admission to Post Graduate Program.

The Bachelor’s Degree obtained by the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of education after completing Higher Secondary Schooling under 
10+2 system or equivalent. The applicants to the program are selected on the basis of BCCM selection scope calculated based the past academic performance in 10th, 12th and Graduation, CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ OJEE score, group discussion, and personal interview.

BCCM Hostel Details:

The institute takes special care for students who are away from home. BCCM facilities include separate hostel facilities for both girls and boys. All the basic facilities required for the student are present in the library. Semi-furnished accommodation is available on a single or twin-sharing basis.

The hostel serves both non-vegetarian and vegetarian food options to the students. The hostel is also provided with a dedicated library, crystal room, indoor games, and gymnasium for the benefit of students. Below are the hostel fees details:-
