The Berhampur University came into existence on 2nd January 1967 and was inaugurated by Dr. A.N. Khosla. It is now shifted to Bhanja Bihar, named after Kabisamrat Upendra Bhanja, a famous poet from Orissa. The university has an area of about two hundred fifty acres. Course	Eligibility
MBA	Candidate should have Graduated and a bachelors degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system Or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50%
M.Com	Candidate should have passed in Graduated and a bachelors degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system Or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50%
M.A	A Graduate having studied at least 200 marks in the concerned subject as Gen/ Hons/ Major Elective at Degree level.
M.Phil	Post Graduation in a relevant discipline or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50%
L.L.M	Graduate or equivalent in LLB/ B.L
M.Sc	Any Science Graduate having studied the concerned subject as General/ Hons. at the Degree level.
