Admission Details:

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc(Agriculture):

• A candidate is eligible for admission if he or she has secured pass marks for the two-year intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, A.P with the following subjects involved in his or her curriculum:
  • Physical Sciences
  • Biological or Natural Sciences
• Seats will be filled based on rank in AP EAMCET
• 20% supernumerary seats are available for students who have obtained a diploma in agriculture. These seats will be filled by merit, based on the rank obtained in the Agricultural Common Entrance Test(AGRICET) conducted by the university.
• 29% of seats are reserved for candidates from backward classes. 

Scholarships Offered:

• For candidates who clear the ICAR exam, National Talent Scholarships are available for those students.
• Scholarships are primarily merit-based, but the candidates who are from SC, OBC backgrounds are also given special consideration.

Education Loans:

• The university provides education loans for students in dire need. 

Admission Procedure:

• Candidates can apply for the university via offline mode. Applications are available online.
• The merit-based test is the key in determining whether the candidate should be accepted.
