The Academy of Technology [AOT], Hooghly was established in the year 2003 by Ananda Education Development and charitable with the objective of implementing quality education, developing academic performance to make their students more competitive globally and to accomplish the growing needs of the society. They met with all the standards of education as per the Domestic and International requirements. All the programs of AOT are approved by the All India Council For Technology Education. The campus is located in G.T. road at Adisaptagram, Aedconagar, Hooghly. The institution offers six B.Tech courses along with five post graduation courses. AOT provides excellent opportunities for the students for various co-curricular and extra-curricular exercises for the students. Academy of Technology facilities have been good over the years. It has a good library, transportation, and canteen services to the students at all times. Academy of Technology, Hooghly admission can be done on the official website. Academy of Technology, Hooghly  Admission 2025

It was established in the year of 2003. It is affiliated to the Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). Academy of Technology, Hooghly is a Engineering and Management institute located in Kolkata, West Bengal. The institute offers various B.Tech, and MCA programs at UG and PG levels. Admission to B.Tech course is done on the basis of merit in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) or JEE Main. Admission to the B.Tech Lateral course is done through Joint Entrance Lateral Entry Test (JELET). For admission to the MCA course, candidates need to score well in Joint Entrance for admission in Master of Computer Applications (JECA). Academy of Technology Offers B.Tech program in four specializations.The intake capacity varies for each of the specializations. The institute also offers B.Tech Lateral Entry in same specializations for the duration of three years.

The eligibility for B.Tech normal and lateral entry(Diploma & B.Sc holder) both is a minimum of 45% in the previous examinations. 10+2 pass candidates are eligible to apply. Admission is granted on the basis of score in WBJEE/ JEE Main/ CET or any other equivalent National or State level entrance test followed by counselling session organized by Central Selection Committee.

Academy of Technology, Hooghly  offers MCA. They offer a total seat intake of 60 seats. A relevant UG degree is mandatory in order to become eligible for admission.

Candidates for admission to the first semester of the Master's Degree Programme shall be required to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field and obtain at least 50% marks in the same. GATE and JECA qualified candidates are eligible for admission to M.Tech and MCA programs respectively. CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT or any other National Level Test qualified candidates can apply for MBA programs.

Candidates are advised to be prepared for the entrance examination and also have knowledge about which entrance test to be given as per the opted curriculum. The application form for respective courses can be filled by following the given steps:

1. Candidates are required to download the application from the official website of the institute.
2. Fill the application form completely and submit the same to the admission office of the college.
3. For the online application of the entrance exams such as WBJEE/ JEE Main/ JELET or JECA, the candidates have to visit the official websites of the respective portals.
