Punjab B.Ed 2023 Admission Criteria

Candidates seeking Punjab B.Ed admission 2023 must refer to the admission criteria detailed below:

B.Ed 2023 admission in Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab University, and Punjabi University affiliated institutes will be offered only on the basis of Punjab BEd CET 2023 results.

A working professional is not eligible for Punjab B.Ed 2023 admission.
According to policies established by the central government, 15% of all India quota seats are subject to Punjab B.Ed admission 2023.
If two candidates get equal aggregate marks/percentage in the exam, then these methods will be used to break the tie:
- Preference will be given to candidates with better marks in graduation.
- Candidate who is older in age will be preferred.

Those who wish to appear for Punjab B.Ed CET in order to gain Punjab B.Ed admission must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

Applicants must complete graduation with at least 50% marks. The bachelor's degree should be pursued in an engineering/technology stream.
Those who pursued a postgraduate degree from any discipline and have achieved 50% marks can also apply for Punjab B.Ed admission 2023.
SC/BC category candidates will get a 5% relaxation on the minimum aggregate marks required.

Punjab B.Ed 2023 Admission Seat Reservation

The seat reservation for Punjab B.Ed admission is decided according to policies set by the government of Punjab. Candidates belonging to Punjab are entitled to 85% of the total seats. Upload signature and photograph: Once the application fee is paid, upload your latest passport-size photo as per the required specifications.

Choice filling and payment of application fee: You will get three options: regular B.Ed course, special B.Ed course or both. Choose one of the three options, and based on your choice, you will be prompted to pay the application fee through an online/offline mode of payment.
