  • Registration is done both online and offline for Sharda University admissions 2019,

  • Register with the basic information about the candidate:

  • Information about eligibility for courses, fees etc will be provided by Counsellor / Faculty.

  • The student applying must confirm the course and submit documents.

  • Documents will be verified.

  • Eligible candidates can proceed to pay the application fee of INR 1200/-

    • Online Payment Mode: NEFT / RTGS / IMPS only

    • Offline Payment Mode: Debit Card / Credit Card / Cash / Demand Draft / Cheque Deposit

      • Cheque / DD must be drawn in favour of "Sharda University" payable at "Greater Noida" at:

  • Fill the Application Form after fee payment.

  • Those who are applying for admission through SUAT will receive Test ID and Password.

  • After registration, the applicants will receive System ID through SMS and Email within 48 hrs. They must book their SUAT slots using this ID.

  • SUAT will be held at Sharda University and Test Centres Pan India.

General Guidelines:

  • Candidates are required to remember the User ID and Password while appearing for SUAT.

  • Once the application fee is remitted the University sends a confirmation notification to attest. It will activate the OEBS (Online Examination Booking System) of the applicant.

  • The OEBS will enable candidates to book the exam date, time and exam center of choice from the available options.

  • Once the booking is done the candidate will get a tamper-proof admit card.

  • The candidates have to carry two copies of the hall ticket along with recent passport size photograph during the examination.

  • Once the applicants have deposited the fees they should report and enroll or register themselves at the administrative office.

Admission Process - Sharda University, Greater Noida

  • Admissions are based on the following criteria:

    • Previous qualifying examination

    • SUAT or JEE Main / UPSEE / CLAT / LSAT / CAT / MAT / XAT / NATA / NEET

    • Performance in Group Discussion & Personal Interview

  • For SUAT, students must register on the official website and appear for the test.

  • Successful candidates will receive provisional admission.

  • Sharda University has online payment facilities for remitting Registration fee or Academic fee or Hostel & Other Fees.

  • Through the student portal, the candidate or parents can remit the fee.

  • The receipt of remitting fees can be downloaded from the dashboard after 48 hours or from the fee counter of the college.

  • Candidates who need to remit a fee amount of more than 50,000 cannot do it online. Under such circumstances they need to cash the above limit, a cheque of SBI or DD can be deposited in SBI Bank and a challan can be generated through the same.

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Courses

  • For Indian candidates during Sharda University admissions 2019, the requirement is to have completed 10+2 in any discipline from any board of education recognized in India.

  • Foreign candidates must have completed the +2 equivalent of their country and they must meet the equivalence criteria of 'Association of Indian University'.

    • TOEFL / IELTS must be cleared by those who do not have English as their primary language of teaching and examination.
  • Group Discussion & Personal Interview will be conducted post entrance exam.

  • The applicant must complete 17 years of age by 31st December of the year of admission.

  • They must qualify SUAT or any other national level exam that is relevant.

Eligibility Criteria for Postgraduate Courses

  • Postgraduate courses require the applicants to have a Bachelors degree in the relevant field from any recognized University in India.

  • For foreign applicants, the requirement is to submit the degree awarded by a University in a particular country.

    • They must meet the equivalence criteria of 'AIU'.

    • Those who do not have English as the primary language of study must qualify TOEFL / IELTS.

  • Selection will be based on the GD/PI performance.

  • Students in their final year may also apply.

  • Appearing and qualifying SUAT or any other national level entrance exam is compulsory.

The eligibility criteria are as per the MCI guidelines. If you fit in this criteria according to these guidelines, you are eligible to apply for the course.

Then, you will have to apply for the online entrance examination- SUAT followed by a counselling and a PI.
