  • My class timings at Hans Raj College, Delhi University are from 8:40 am to 5:00 pm with having half hour lunch break.
  • There are projects and assignments given to the students regularly.
  • All the teachers woking in Hansraj College were doctorate from national and international level institution.
  • The faculty is helpful to the students.
CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS:
  • The societies in Hans Raj College, Delhi University have made remarkable contributions in expanding the horizons of students and in renewing and consolidating their interest and commitment towards their respective subjects.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY:
  • The class timings at Hans Raj College are from 8:40 am to 5:00 pm in which we have around 4 hours of labs and rest time we have theory classes.
  • According to the new guidelines of Delhi university, some of our marks are given on continuous evaluation which includes Tests, mock practicals, class performance, and assignments.
  • Since the course is semester based so we have two semesters in a year, even semester (July to December) and odd semester (January to May).
  • The quality of teaching is good. Teachers are very helpful.  
CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS:
  • In Hans Raj College we have NSS, NCC (both for boys and girls), Haritma, Society of general Awareness, Sawaranjali, Kavyanjali, Kkalakrati, Typsee, Urja (dance society)and Departmental societies.
  • Confluence is the main cultural fest of our college.

About Hans Raj College, Delhi University

Hans Raj College, New Delhi was established in 1954. It is a constituent college of the University of Delhi and a premier institution of the DAV Managing Committee-the largest non-government educational organization of the country. The college offered preparatory courses in Arts and Sciences, BA in Sanskrit, Hindi, English and Mathematics. An honor in economics was added after some time. The post-graduate courses were also conducted in the university while the college only managed their tutorial schemes.
