Placement cell is very active in bringing top companies to the campus.

The highest salary offered was about INR 15 lakhs whereas the average package offered is around INR 6-7 lakhs.

Many of the Big brands like Amul, Cadbury, Deloitte, CBRE, Byju's, Airtel, HDFC, ICICI, Khimji Ramdas, Asian paints, Berger, Aditya Birla, and Dabur visits the campus for the final placements.

These companies also come for internships and live projects. The selection process is based on the GD/PI.

95-96% of the students were placed every year. The placement cell is very supportive, they help us in every other way to get better placements from the college campus.

The infrastructure of the college is good enough, as in not according to the area in which it is built but the interior infrastructure of the college is very good.

The Auditorium, finance labs, computer labs, library, GD room, Conference room, Canteen, Girls/Boys Common room, Xerox Shop, everything is available in the campus only.

The indoor games room, the basketball court, and the gym facilities are available.

The applicants have to pass a three-stage system of screening which includes a Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interviews.

After clearing the entrance test the applicant has to fill an application form on payment of Rs.1000/- in cash or through online mode by debit card/credit card/net banking.

The learnings imparted as a part of our curriculum are the conceptual, human, and technical skills, for managerial decision making. The faculties ensure holistic development of various inputs and teaching, a learning process that helps us to understand and empowers us to solve problems, communicate effectively, work in teams with members from the diversified background, shoulder responsibility and take decisions.

As an integral part of the curriculum, eight weeks of a summer internship in a suitable company is provided to expose the students to practical business situations. At the end of the summer internship period, each student is required to submit a report which will be jointly evaluated by the company project guide and institutes faculty through presentation and viva voice examination. The curriculum was fully groomed to provide us with the industry-specific knowledge that would be helpful in securing on-campus placements.

Fees can be submitted online as well as the offline process through cheques or debit card/credit card/net banking etc. I have opted for a student loan.

The college offers scholarship opportunities for the students.

The eligibility criteria for the scholarship are if you have 60% and above in 10th, 12th, and graduation and 600 in MAT or 70% in CAT, you may get a 10% discount.

If candidates score 650 in MAT or 75% in CAT you may get 15% and if you have 700 in MAT and 80% in CAT then you may get 25% scholarship.

The college life of JIMS is very active and full of activities. There are three main clubs on the campus- the Finance club, the HR club, and the Marketing club. All the activities done under these clubs are head and coordinated by the students of JIMS. 

Main festivals on campus are- ZEST, the main cultural event of JIMS, Marathon, the main intercollege marketing competition and there are many sports competitions organized by the college.
