Placements and Internships
More than 180 companies participated in JIMS Kalkaji placements 2021. The highest and average packages offered were INR 17.50 LPA and INR 7.5 LPA, respectively. The list of companies included leading companies such as Flipkart, HDFC Like, ICICI Bank, WNS and many others. JIMS Kalkaji recruitment process begins from September onwards wherein companies send their job postings to the CRC to be advertised within the college campus. Companies conduct a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) to interact with the PGDM or IB students.

Entrance Exams and Admissions
Applicants have to pass through a three stage system of screening which includes Written Test (CAT or XAT or MAT or CMAT or ATMA), Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Academics and Faculty
It is a private school that is accredited by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The School is ISO-certified and offers two postgraduate programmes, including Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and PGDM in International Business (IB). JIMS Kalkaji is ranked by NIRF in the top 100 institutions in India, 19 among the best B-Schools in India and 10 in North India in 2020 by Times of India. It is the flagship School of the JIMS Group.
JIMS Kalkaji offers two postgraduate programmes (equivalent to MBA) under the field of Management such as PGDM and PGDM IB with a seat intake of 120 and 60, respectively. The duration of these programmes is two years each. The PGDM programme is offered with dual specialisations and candidates can opt for any two of the available specialisations. PGDM IB programme is offered in three specialisations and the institute sponsors a trip to Singapore to the students of this programme
