The eligibility criteria was 50% in accounts and 45 % in all subjects. No entrance exam. And there is no typical cutoff for our courses.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for A.J.C Bose collage is that after 12th you can apply for graduation and about admission minimum cutoff is 60%. And there is no entrance examination process you can directly take admission after your 12 board result.
