Placements and Internships

4

Placement is quite good here. Many big tech giants visit campus to provide job to students like Amazon, Directi, Jio etc. The average salary is above 6-7 lacs for the final year student. Almost 95% students get placed each year with a very good package. Alumni network is not that good as the college is only 7 years old

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

4

There are hostels for girls and boys both. 1 hostel for 1-2 year and other for 3-4year, for both girls and boys separately. There are many PG and flats available near the college for students at a very affordable price. Food in the college is average. The cost per meal is 50. Classroom quality is best, labs and library are well furnished. WiFi is quite good.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Admission is based upon your rank in jee mains exam, which is held every year in April. Cutoff released by josaa, students get admission based on cutoff only. I took jee mains exam after 12th, and jee advance later. Basically, the cutoff is around 20k all India rank for Delhi students and much lower for outside Delhi students.

Academics and Faculty

4.5

A daily routine is fixed, it is around 7 hours per day for 1st-year students and may be lesser for final years. Method of teaching is quite good, each class is having projector and screens. Overall experience is quite good at the college.

Fees and Scholarships

3

The fees are divided into many tiers According to the family annual income at National Institute of Technology, [NIT] New Delhi. It is around INR 1.5 lacs yearly for students with more than 5 lac annual income. Many scholarships are being provided to students, who are in need. Loans are not needed by many students.

Clubs and Associations

4.5

There are various clubs and society in the college. Be it literature club, tech club, security club, robotics etc. There are 3 fests every year, cultural fest - Saptranga, Tech fest - Terratechnica, Sports fest - Zeal. Life in college is quite good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria to enter into any NITs is through JEE Mains exam only. Talking about admission procedure. Once you got the rank you can apply for the colleges. The seats are allocated by rank wise starting from the top. They won't be any particular cut off to join into NITs. But in general to join in our college one should secure All India rank in range of 5000 to 15000.
