Placements and Internships
I do not have much knowledge on placements in our college. A student knowing CS with Mathematics MSc gets a good package in our college.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Around 13 hostels are there.Hostel fee is taken with the admission fee together.Mess due of 1600 is taken per month.Food is healthy with frequent non veg dishes(veg always available). WIFI is 24 hours available , it is free and fast.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The eligibility criteria for admission in Integrated MSc in Mathematics in Tezpur University one needs to be a 12th pass student in Science stream having Mathematics as a subject in class XII.Then he/she needs to clear TUEE (TEZPUR UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE EXAM) in Mathematics.There are total 20 seats where 10 seats arre in General list.
Academics and Faculty
The daily routine is convenient.Projects are not too tough.Exams and assignments are a bit tough. Teachings are good.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is less than INR 30000/- per year. Almost all students get scholarship.Loans are not needed since the fee is affordable.
Clubs and Associations
TUSC(Tezpur University Students' Council) is good and always active. Almost all festivals are celebrated in the University. The life is awesome here.
