Placements and Internships
When I took admission in this college the placement was really good. But this year the placement has dropped down to nearly 20-30%. Companies that usually comes in the campus drives are Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys etc. But this year only 1 mass recruiter has come yet and the companies that are coming, not from IT, their job is based on content writings. Salaries offered are poor as well.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Two hostels for boys and girls but they are the bit far from the college. PG is available nearby at cheap rents. College canteen is poor. Students generally get their food from outside. Infrastructure is poor. Library and book bank is available. WiFi is not accessible to every student.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
You can take admission through WBJEE or JEE MAIN in this college. A rank between 20k(INR) to 30k(INR) can easily make you into this college. I had a rank of 17348 and took admission in this college in 2015. At that time the closing tank was 22k(INR) which have risen up to 30k(INR) nowadays.
Academics and Faculty
College starts at 9:45 am and closes at 4:45 pm. But the college gate is permissible at any time. The quality of teaching is not so good. Average teaching quality. Labs are also average quality.
Fees and Scholarships
College fee is normal in this college, around 40k(INR) per semester. TWF is also available in this college.
Clubs and Associations
Cultural fest occurs after every alternative years. Tech fest and language fest occurs each year. Cricket and football tournaments also take place every year.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligible criteria is that you have to secure a particular rank in WBJEE or in JEEMAINS and then you can apply for counseling after result of counselling you might get admission in college. I took WBJEE. At my time the cutoff of ranks was 22000 in WBJEE
