Mizanur Rahman's Review on Gauhati Medical College

As I heard from faculties, there 3 months internship in Government Hospital after taking the degree. Marketing and Sales are very good if one wants to practice pharmacy and can also form a good society around its area.

Hostels are available for MBBS students only. Classroom and laboratory are of higher standard.

Gauhati Medical college is a very good institute. I have been studying for last two months, as I have some experience I can explain. Eligibility is to pass HS with PCB 50% mark, every year there held ASSAM CEE exam, in which 200 students get selected all over Assam. There is two other institute like GMC, SMC, and AMC. The three medical colleges of Assam take top 200 students in D.pharm course every year. Pharmacy is a noble profession.

Our class starts from 10:00 AM and breaks at 4:30 PM including practical class. Quality and method of teaching are very good as I have 2 months experience. After all, I can say it is a very good institute.

As it is a government Institute it takes only admission fees. And semester or year fees are not needed. I have paid Rs.10000(INR) P.A. during admission. And No fees required for next year and till complete my degree. Everyone get the scholarship.

There is a student union in our college. We all are a member of the union. Cultural functions and festival are also celebrated in our institute.
