College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

3

There are numerous PGs and hostels available near the university campus. The student can also reside in the university hostel on the availability of seat. The average cost is around INR 4500 per month. However many students used to prefer living outside the university as the university hostel are not well maintained.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

There is no standard national level examination required to get admission into this University. However, till last year the criteria of admission was based on MEE (medical entrance examination) conducted by DIBRUGARH UNIVERSITY, but now the situations are changed and are purely on the basis of class 12 results. The cutoff is above 85%.

Fees and Scholarships

2.5

Course fee is pretty low here, around INR 10k per semester. Scholarship is not awarded to B.Sc students but M.Sc students may get rewarded by qualifying entrances eg ICAR,..there is no requirement of loans as the fee structure is pretty normal and everyone can afford.

Clubs and Associations

4

There are several clubs like literary club, dramatic club. There are many platforms for the university students to show their potential.
