College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

3.5

It's a small campus and you'll find everything you need. It looks worse than it actually is from the inside. From the outside, it looks compact. There is one hostel and there are numerous PG's and flats which are available to students. The classrooms may not be the best but they're enough.

Academics and Faculty

4.5

Classes start at 8.45 am and go on until 3.00 pm. There are two internal exams and then there are the end semester exams. Students are given assignments and are also graded on the basis of their participation in class. A minimum of 75% attendance is required.
The quality of teaching is mostly good but then again there are a few archaic rules and policies that need to be changed but overall its better than in most places and I have nothing to complain about.

Fees and Scholarships

4.5

The fee per year is around INR 1,05,000/- and scholarships are also available. A fair number of students who apply for the scholarship end up getting it. Loans are easy to get but they are mostly not needed.

Clubs and Associations

5

There are close to 19 clubs which help in the overall development of students. It's a good environment for those who like participating and engaging in events and other activities, to others it may seem a bit boring. There are two main fests which occur once in two years, namely - Mantech and Vaudeville. One is a management and technical fest while the other is a cultural fest.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria are dependent on the student's percentage, there will be an interview taken and if they feel the student is a fit then they are taken in. The cut off percentage is 65% as of last year, people above 65% get direct admissions on the interview going well and students below will have to wait for the list to come out which is the usual 1st, 2nd, and 3rd list. There is no typical cut off for the courses, the percentage is considered in general for all the sources.
