  • The best college for humanities. Hindu has a great campus. Hindu College, Delhi is a college under the affiliation of University of Delhi in Delhi, India founded in 1899. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Science, Humanities and Commerce

 

Fees and Scholarships

  • The college annual fees for all departments does not exceed 10k. Hindu provides scholarships that range from Rs 500 to 5k ,depending completely on the academic performance of students in their respective departments .
  • Other than this , Hindu rewards cash prizes ranging from Rs.500 to Rs.5000 , to students who have fulfilled the academic criterion for the same.
  • It further provides financial assistance to needy students by , buying books , organising counseling sessions for the physically challenged , providing scholarships to the scheduled class / Tribe students etc.

Clubs and Associations

  • Hindu has numerous societies such as the Dramatics Society - Ibtida , Dance Society - Srijiya , Fine Arts Society - Abstractions etc. The annual fest of the college is college is called 'Mecca' , which happens on a big scale.
  • Almost every society and department organizes their fest during the fest season, that is , Jan-march.
  • Every year student elections take place for various posts and every student enthusiastically comes to vote at Hindu College

Entrance Exams & Admissions : *Every year the University of Delhi releases cut off the percentage of each and every course.based upon the percentage of the 12th standard they will calculate the best of 4 subjects if you are eligible to get admission in that particular College. In 2017 the typical cutoffs of Mathematics are 97.5 percentage for general and 96 is the least percentage for the candidate who is eligible for reservation
