Entrance Exams & Admissions : IISER is a research-oriented college so don't compare it with iit's. Its selection is done on the basis of key rank, JEE ADVANCED rank, and its own entrance. This college does guarantees job but is a place to learn without much expenditure as it is funded by Maharashtra govt. of india.
