I did my internship from HMT Pvt. ltd Bangalore.

Placement is pretty cool here. almost every day in the placement season, you can see one or more company coming in for the drive. companies like the Mass recruiters like Amazon, Capgemini, Accenture, Infosys, Wipro Cognizant etc, after that core company like Saint Gobain, L&T, Mahindra, Godrej & Boyce, And a lot more.

Almost 60% of the MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology students get into these mass recruiters.

Almost all students of core gets placed.& 110% for CS students.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

The Infrastructures is one of the best things this college, They have great sports ground, gymkhana etc. there are 4 hostels for boys in engineering & 3 for girls
There is a good canteen facility in MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology where one can get a meal for Rs.30 only.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

In MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, one can get admission through both exam & management quota also.
The students can attempt the COMEDK which can be given.this is the 3rd rank college on the COMED-K-college list.
To get admission in this college one should have a rank of 2500-2700 around in the exam for mechanical branch. for CS one need rank around 2000.

Academics and Faculty

The Academics in MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology is good here, The faculty is well qualified and knowledgable persons.when we come out and see other colleges we find that this college has got one of the best faculty.yeah some of them are not so good.but most of them know the subject and how to teach the subject

Fees and Scholarships

The fees were Rs.157000 at our time means 2016 batch students. but now it has hiked a bit to 2lacs around.
There is no scholarship for outsiders, and it is only for the Karnataka people and for the MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology students.

Clubs and Associations

There are so many societies like NSS, Udbhav group, Various college fest.
They used to call so many bands or different fests. It is so enjoyable each and every day here.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : In my college the eligibility cretria is based on cut off rank so I got 25646 rank the branch was mechanical so toke( interested). Comedk ,kcet . My course was 25000 cut of rank actually I belong to minority so last seat was left suddenly my turns came I went on the spot I got. Thank you

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You can get the seat through KCET/COMEDK or even management seats are available. I got through CET in this college. The cutoff ranking for CET during my year of admission for Mechanical Engineering was 2.2k.
