Many companies from the core industries visit K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, [KJSCE] Vidyavihar, Mumbai for placements.
The average salary for a BTech is around Rs. 6 - 7 Lakhs.
The highest paid being around Rs. 10 - 12 Lakhs.
The college has a placement cell and different organisations which help getting internships.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, [KJSCE] Vidyavihar, Mumbai has a hostel with A/C and wifi available, but students who want to opt for a cheaper accommodation can opt for the hostels in our sister colleges on the same campus.
The college has an amazing canteen which provides tasty food at affordable prices.
On the Somaiya Vidyavihar campus, there are 7 canteens and a student has access to all.
A student has access to other facilities like jogging track, turf ground, football/basketball ground, squash court etc.
There is coaching also provided at very cheap rates.
The labs and workshops are amazing with all latest equipment.
Classrooms do not have Ac but do have projector facility. Each stream has its own set of labs and conference rooms(with AC).

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Admission to all seats and stream is through the CAP.
A score of 150 in the MH CET will help you secure your seat in K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, [KJSCE] Vidyavihar, Mumbai.
Special seats are reserved for the Gujarati Linguistic minority.

We have our national champion racing team ORION RACING INDIA and other racing teams too.
We have our tech fest(Abhiyantrili), national sports meet(Skream), cultural fest(Symphony) every year. All of them have an inter-department and inter college version each year.
