I haven't started any internship yet but willing to do in this winter break in Techno India Saltlake.

Various reputed companies come to our college for placement. For eg., this year companies like Intel,Microsoft,Thought Works,TCS,IBM,etc have come.

Avg salary students get here I guess is around Rs. 4 LPA.

We have strong alumni as our college is more than 10 years old plus they used to be placed in good companies too.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

We don't have good hostel facility so students generally live in P.G and rented flats.

The P.G options are good and affordable, though.

We don't have a canteen in Techno India Saltlake.

Infrastructure is, I would say adequate. Decent!
Entrance Exams and Admissions

I got admission in B.Tech CSE by having a rank of 8700 in WBJEE exam in the year 2013 in Techno India Salt lake.

The cut off nearly remains like this only for the best engineering. courses. I took WBJEE.

Well, honestly speaking I think I'm quite lucky to get into this department with this rank as cut-off earlier used to be much less.
Academics and Faculty

We have a strict routine, i.e Regular classes and practical labs in Techno India Saltlake.

Teachers are well qualified and they teach pretty well.

The overall experience is good in case of academics but c0-curricular activities are not much encouraged.
Fees and Scholarships
- Course fee is about 80,000 Rs, per year in Techno India Saltlake.

Yes TFW is available.
- Yes loan can be easily availed, specially from PNB as it is located inside our campus only.
Clubs and Associations

There are many clubs. RRC-Robopalz Robotics Club, CUrBrain, Anakhronous ,Geekonix etc.

EDGE-Technical fest. ANAKHRONOS- Cultural fest in Techno India Saltlake.

Life is quite easy going but a bit disciplined too.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I got a rank of 6400 in WBJEE and was comfortably admitted in the 3rd round of counselling. Need not worry. Ranks upto 7500 WBJEE rank will fetch you a seat in B.Tech in CSE in TISL. Fees vary from 65k to 50k per semester.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I passed my diploma and after qualifying in JELET Examination with branch ranking 285, I took admission in Techno India Saltlake, Kolkata. Generally, you have to score 300 rank to get admission in TIS.
