Placements and Internships

- Internships in my college! What are internships? My college has never called up companies for internships or so.
- The companies which come for placements are weirdly named and with a water-sprinkled package at Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, Noida.
- Few months home I was sitting back at home, searching for internships in Intershala. It was a company day in my college. I wouldn't like to share the name of the company, but it was providing a salary figure of Rs 8000 per month for the on-job training.
- They said that after 6 months, the salary would be doubled at least and can even range from Rs 25000-30000 per month.
- I was least interested, I decided to stay back at home. The day ended and I was informed that the company demanded an immediate joining.
- I was struck with an idea that my resume had nothing great to fetch me an internship. And I cannot expect much from my college as well.
- Why not join the company. So the vacancies were still ON. And I went for the interview. More 3-4 people had also applied for the job.
- To my luck, I got selected. So currently I'm working for them.
- I'm in my on-job training with 8k in hand, and I'm pretty satisfied with the work!
- The companies that come to my college are weird names, as said earlier. I have never heard such names in my life before like Citi cable. No big or average companies step in my college.
- There are pool campus drives that we attend near are college to get a brand name. Our college keeps placement drives once in a week.
- As not many companies opt our college and our college lacks the skill to invite them as well.
- Talking about average salary, first, let the students get placed at least! The average salary for our college being Rs 10000-12000 per month.
- Highest salary figure is not more than Rs 4 lakhs per annum. Talking about the number of students getting placed.
- The percentage would range from 40-50%. Many of them get placed off campus as well.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- First of all, I'll be very true about how I entered my college.
- I was a bright student in my 10th but it seems lightening struck my head in 12th standard.
- I degraded from 88 percent(I.C.S.E) to only 65percent in C.B.S.E. I had a dream to study Artificial Intelligence from outside. But for that, I had to first clear my B.Tech. And truly, I wasn't even half of the book worms to clear IITs and NITs. I was left with nothing.
- I was clueless on where will I take admissions. Just then a friend of my mother told her about Accurate Institute of Management and Technology. I had never heard about it.
- I mean who keeps a college name Accurate! I reached the college. It was far away from metros and high rise buildings.
- I just entered the college, I was alone. I entered a counselling room filled with a 10-panel list.
- They charged me with questions related to Physics and Math. Luckily, I found them easy and qualified the counselling. I was then asked to submit the registration fee and hostel.
- So this is how i enetered my college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get admission in Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, Noida either you need to appear in the UPSEE. Eligibility Criteria is that you have to score 55% in PCM. You will have to clear a written test, and an Interview (NORMAL ONE). .
