Placements and Internships
- Since in MSC no batch is pass out so no idea of placement in IIT, Ropar
- But in B.tech I got a satisfying package, an average of 7-8 lacks per anum.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- there are 5 hostels in IIT, ROPAR. 500 rs per month is current fees.
- Food is very yummy and hygenic. you can also visit college website for more information.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria is to first write a exam held on Feb in IIT JAM, 2017.
- Simple chemistry is in it of your bachelor level .This is a online exam of 100 marks.
- A cutoff list is made.on this basis you got admission. I got 57 marks in jam
Academics and Faculty
- There is 5 workins day . First two day are busy day with timing of 9-5 in IIT, ROPAR.
- Quality of teaching is excellent.
- There is lot of enjoyment many extra currical activity is going on.
Fees and Scholarships
- Course fees is around Rs. 60000 for two years excluding mess fees for IIT, ROPAR.
- Top 25% student got scholarship on the basis of their JAM ranks.
- Students get loans from SBI bank easily.
Clubs and Associations
- I don't join any activity.so no idea about it.but there is sports team, dance society, music society, gym is there. Skill development programme also going on.
