- There are many companies which visit the Indian Institute Of Technology campus for selection of students in various fields.
- Major recruiters are google, Microsoft, amazon, Flipkart, Maruti Suzuki, Samsung etc.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The infrastructure of temporary campus is pretty decent.
- Labs are nice, just enough to meet all requirements of every department at Indian Institute Of Technology.
- Computer labs are air-conditioned.
- The library is huge and contains all sorts of academic books plus a range of informative magazines and journals.
- Sports facilities are provided for Cricket, Volleyball, Tennis, Basketball, Hockey, Football, Badminton and table tennis.
- There is a canteen facility available to the students.

- Classes are held regularly at Indian Institute Of Technology, assignments, and project is given on regular interval.
- The exams are held monthly and semester exams are held once in a semester.
- The faculties are quite experienced and skillful.

Academics & Faculty : Classes are from 8am to 6pm, after that I carry on with homework, assignments and other stuff. About Quality I would say that its just guidance we get from teachers rest is our part to complete. Overall experiece is not so good but just fine, I had more expectation prior to admission.
Academics & Faculty : Computer science is the most preferred branch by the students, but electrical and mechanical branches have better faculty at Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar. Overall experience on campus is good.
