Placements and Internships
- I have done my internship at Spencer's Kolkata and my stipend was Rs 50 thousand per month.
- There are plethora of companies coming to our campus and they are for various roles like sales and marketing, HR, finance and operations. Generally they come for HR and sales & marketing.
- Average salary package offered is Rs 18-19 lakhs per annum and highest salary package is Rs 48 LPA for this year. 100% placement since long time at XLRI.
- Alumni network is very strong here.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Hostels are awesome and comparable to five star hotels. Yearly fee for hostels is around Rs 35000.
- There are PGs available outside the campus.
- College food is decent and it costs Rs 135 per day.
- Infrastructure is simply awesome and state of art facilities are available inside the campus.
Academics and Faculty
- Daily routine is very student friendly but very hectic also.
- Quality of teaching is of the highest standard.
- Overall experience is awesome

- Course fee is INR 10 lakhs per annum.
- Scholarships are available.
- 15-20 students of the college gets scholarships offered by the college.

- There are many student societies on campus and each of them has a purpose and they work for that.
- All cultural and sports festivals are nicely celebrated here.
- The college life is simply awesome.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is very hectic and class timings are student friendly. Projects are there in almost every subject and they provide holistic training while giving a practical experience. Quality of teaching is great and the professors are among the best in the country. Method of teaching depends on the professor and subject. Overall experience in college if one of its kind and something that I will remember for life.
Academics & Faculty : There is a very tight schedule in the first year. There are excellent professors and a very well structured course. Scheduled quizzes, surprise tests, mid term and end term exams are conducted. A regular class participation component is present for assessing an individual on a continuous basis. The quality and method of teaching by certain professors is really creative and engaging. The professors along with the excellent peer batch make XLRI an excellent college.
