Hummingbird Foundation conducts the registration process for students who plan to appear for HCC Olympiad 2024. The HCC registration process is done individually or by the school.

HCC Registration Forms

The HCC registration process through the school can be done by filling out the registration form provided by the school. However, there is always an update from the school for the interested candidates.

Given below are the important dates of the Humming Bird HCC Olympiad.

Two forms need to be filled out when a student wants to appear for HCC 2024.

The forms are given below.

Humming Bird Parent Consent Form

The Parent Consent Form is to be filled out by a parent. Parents have to tick checkboxes to specify which exams the student wants to appear for and enclose the amount (of money) depending on the number of exams the student is planning to write.

Details to be filled in this form are School’s Name, Student’s Name, Class and Section, Class Roll No., Amount Paid, and the Parent’s Name and Signature.

Registration Booklet: The HCC registration booklet is the official document used by the school to register itself (as an examination center for HCC) and its students for the different exams conducted by Humming Bird Education (P) Ltd. The registration booklet is divided into 2 parts.

Humming Bird School Registration Form

The school will use this form for registering itself as a center for the Olympiad. The form is to be filled only with block letters, and the school has to follow the instructions written on the form.

Details which need to be filled in by the school are mentioned below.

• Name of the school
• School Address and PIN
• Phone Number ( both landline with STD code and Mobile No.)
• College Email ID
• Details of the Principal (Name, Email ID, and Mobile No.)
• Details of the School Coordinator (Name, Email ID, and Mobile No.)
• Select a Payment Option

HCC Registration Forms are to be filled by the Schools\Institutes to participate in the HCC Olympiad Examination. The school may send an email at hummingbirdeducation@gmail.com to get the soft copy of the Forms or prescribed excel sheet.

Humming Bird Student Registration Form

The Student Registration Form is filled by the School Coordinator once all students submit their Parent Consent Form. Details such as the student’s name, class, section, and the exam they are attempting will be filled in this form.

The coordinator has to attach the consent form and the HCC Registration Booklet and send it via email or post to Humming Bird Education along with the payment. Parents have to tick the boxes for the Concept Building Books they want to order and enclose an appropriate extra amount with the Parent Consent Form.

Humming Bird Book Fees

The coordinator has to send the HCC registration fee per student per exam and the amount for the Concept Building Books to Humming Bird Education. Coordinators also have to indicate the number of Concept Building Books ordered by the school in the School Registration Form. Each book costs Rs. 120.

Concept Building Books are available for preparation for the following exams.

• International Mathematics Olympiad (HMO)
• International Science Olympiad (HSO)
• International Spelling Bee Competition (SpellB)

HCC Registration Payment Methods

The HCC sends the academic brochure containing registration forms to all registered schools. After the application forms are issued, students and the concerned staff will be required to submit the fees.

HCC registration fees for students from India is Rs.200, and for International students are 8 USD. Schools can pay registration fees and the cost of building books using two methods mentioned below.

Online Payment for HCC

In case the school is paying the fees online, the payment has to be done to the following bank account-

In case of online payment, the school may also scan the registration form, or the school can fill the details in an Excel Sheet and mail it at info@hummingbirdeducation.com.

Offline Payment for HCC

They can post the HCC Registration Booklet along with the Demand Draft (DD) or Cheque for the appropriate amount to Humming Education Ltd., Humming Bird Education Ltd., A-95/3, Second Floor, Wazirpur Industrial Area, DELHI - 110052.

Note: Demand Draft or Cheque is to be taken favoring HummingBird Education LTD., payable in New Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria for HCC

The HCC exam is conducted between all states for stage 1. And the students who qualify in the stage 1 exam are eligible to take the stage 2 HCC exam.

The eligibility criteria for Humming Bird Commerce Competency Olympiad is given below.

• Only students who belong to participating schools can take part in the Commerce Competency Olympiad.
• Students must be from a participating school affiliated to either ICSE, CBSE, State Board, or any Other Board of India.
• Participants should be a student of class 11 or class 12.
