TJEE Eligibility Criteria 2024: Educational Qualification
Candidates must have taken and passed the Tripura Board of Secondary Education, Central Board of Secondary Education or any equivalent examination to apply for the TJEE exam 2024.
TJEE Eligibility Criteria 2024: Nationality
The TJEE eligibility criteria 2024 for nationality is important for every candidate. The candidate must be an Indian citizen. The candidate must be a Tripura permanent resident. The candidate or their parent must have lived in Tripura continuously for at least ten years.
Suppose the candidate is not a permanent resident. In that case, his parent must be a Tripura government officer on deputation or a central government officer working in Tripura for three years without a break. The children of All India Service Officers of Manipur, Tripura Cadre, and state government employees based outside Tripura will also be eligible. The children of serving defense personnel (Army/ Navy/ Air Force) hailing from Tripura are also eligible.

TJEE Eligibility Criteria 2024: Reservation
The following are the reservation details regarding the TJEE Eligibility Criteria 2024
- Seats will be reserved for SC/ST/PwD/Wards of Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates following the State Government's Reservation Act, as amended from time to time.
- The candidate must upload the certificate(s) issued by the appropriate authority (Directorate of Sainik Welfare for ESM candidates and District Disabilities Rehabilitation Centres for PwD candidates) at the time of application.
