After registration, candidates will be provided with the ID number and password. The candidate has to sign in with the ID number and password to get directed to the application form. Once the candidate enters the official page of the application form he/she has to fill the form. Uploading Document in IBPS Clerk 2021 Application Form

Candidate has to upload the previously scanned copies of certain documents. It is necessary for these documents to be in specified format and dimension only. Fee Payment for IBPS Clerk 2021 Application Form

Fee has to be paid through Online with the use of credit cards, debit card, mobile banking, etc. Candidates who belong to the general category have to make payment of INR 600. A relaxation in fee payment will be given to the reserved category candidates and they have to make a payment of INR 100 only. The category-wise application fee for IBPS Clerk 2021 Exam is given below in the table.

Proof of Payment: After payment, candidates should print the payment receipt as proof.


Check for IBPS Clerk exam centres available for the state you are applying to. One candidate can apply for only one state as the IBPS Clerk Exam Centre.

It might be changed by the exam authority if the seats available are already allocated. All aspiring candidates must fill their application forms before the stipulated IBPS Clerk Dates.

Personal Details

Fill up the basic information like nationality, category (SC/ST/OBC/PH), Aadhar card no. etc. Fill up the personal details like name, address, date of birth, Education qualification (10th, 12th, graduation, post-graduation with the passing years, grades and knowledge of computer), contact details, address, etc.

  • Contact Details: Fill up the contact details like phone number, E-mail ID and ensure the E-mail is active to receive further correspondence from IBPS regarding the exam dates, timings and any changes made.
  • Photograph: The recent passport-style color picture photograph is a must. Preferred dimensions are 200 x 230 pixels and the file size should be between 20kb to 50 kb.
  • Signature: The student should write their signature on a white paper with a Black Ink Pen. The Signature of the student must be signed by the student only.  Preferred dimensions are 140 x 60 pixels. Size of the file should be between 10kb to 20kb. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be acceptable.

Note: If the signature of the student on the answer script during the time of the examination and the signature on the Call Letter does not match then the student will be disqualified.
