FTII JET 2024 Result Evaluation Process

• There is a negative marking for Paper 1, while there is no negative marking for Paper 2. 
• Paper 1 consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Paper 2 is based on long descriptive questions.
• Only selected candidates who will secure the top scores in Paper 1 will further be evaluated for Paper 2.

The following points must be noted by the candidates to understand the seat allocation process for the FTII JET 2024 exam, with the exception of the Screen Acting Test:

• The General, EWS, and OBC-L will be evaluated on the ratio of 1:15 (1 seat:15 answer sheet will be evaluated).
• For, SC-PwD and ST-PwD, the ratio stands at 1:35 (1 seat:35 answer sheets).
• The ratio for general-PwD, ST, ScC, OBC-NCL-PwD, and general-EWS-PwD is 1:25 (1 seat:25 answer sheets).

For the Screen Acting Test, the following seat and answer sheet ratio is taken into consideration:

• For General, EWS, and OBC-L will be evaluated on the ratio of 1:45 (1 seat:45 answer sheet will be evaluated).
• For SC-PwD and ST-PwD, the ratio is 1:105 (1 seat:105 answer sheets).
• The ratio for general-PwD, ST, ScC, OBC-NCL-PwD, and general-EWS-PwD is 1:75 (1 seat:75 answer sheets).

• For Screen Acting Candidates, the first merit list, or result 1, will be based on the performance of the written test (papers 1 and 2) and audition. The selected candidates must appear for the interview and orientation, after which result 2 will be declared. The final selection will be made on the basis of result 1 and result 2.
• After the FTII JET result 2024 declaration of the merit list, shortlisted candidates will be further called in for the FTII JET counselling 2024 for the seat allocation from any of the courses at FTII and SRFTII.
