Academics & Faculty : PGDM needs a thorough review and benchmarking is strongly suggested. However, PGDM-RM is very much up to the task. Methodology of teaching/lectures is largely satisfying; especially of specific subjects in Marketing Management and a few important topics from General Management principles. Discipline is one of the cornerstones of the college. The management and administration are single handedly up for the tasks. All in all, XIMJ is the youngest of all the Xavier Institutes across the country and establishing a name amongst its peers requires some time.

Academics & Faculty : They should start with international exposure of the student for their growth and exposure. The internship should be for two times in a year.

Academics & Faculty : The faculty is brilliant with more than enough experience most of them industry veterans having a detailed idea of how an industry works and getting to learn from them is a boon for us.Classes are regular and attendance is strict there are usually 8 hrs of classes every day beginning at around 9 in the morning.
