SAC Facilities:

Library:

The St. Aloysius College Library is fully automated & follows the open access system. The Library uses the Library Management and Information System [LMIS ]. The College Library is housed by books and periodicals dealing with diverse topics of interest especially suited to students and can be searched online. The SAC library is equipped with a leased line internet facility, a photocopy machine, six computers, two printers, two barcode scanners, digital library software. The library has a reading room equipped with eight computers and a LED TV. St. Aloysius college provides a Digital library equipped with 36 multimedia terminals with 6 Mbps leased line Internet connection, Wi-Fi Network, Subscription to INFLIBNET, Subscription to PDFCHM.NET, Subscription to DELNET, Subscription to American Library, Educational CDs/DVDs.

Sports:

SAC encourages budding talents in sports. The college facilitates students with multipurpose gym separately for men and women both. 16 station gym for men, a treadmill and weight training equipment, women gym have 2 treadmills, 1 cross trainer, 3 cycles, 1 twister and 10 pairs of dumbles of different weight. The college provides safety and quality equipment for practice and competition. SAC organizes workshops and seminars to motivate students.

IT Infrastructure:

The St. Aloysius College has a total of 268 desktop systems, 58 Laptops, and 7 e-podiums. The Examination cell of the college is having LAN connectivity. All the Computers, Laptops and Podiums have a wi-fi facility. The college has an E-Podium with Document Camera/ Touch Screen.

Central Instrumentation Center:

The Central Instrument Centre [CIC] of SAC is utilized by faculty members and Ph.D. scholars for their research work. The instrumentation facility is also available for other institutes and colleges. Sophisticated Analytical Instrument Facility [SAIF] will be started as an extension of CIC. The instruments in the lab are purchased from funds under different projects sanctioned by agencies like MHRD, DST, FIST, MPCST, and others.

Bishop Cecil Desa Scholarship:

The college provides scholarship to the student who is a topper of colleeg in all the streams. This is a merit-based scholarship.

Rev. Fr. J. V. Ambookan Scholarship:

The college offers a scholarship for all the students who represent the college at the international and national level in NCC like a 60% scholarship to the International/Youth Exchange program, a 35% scholarship to the national/republic day parade.

Hari Vishnu Kamat Viyadan Vishvastha Nidhi Scholarship:

SAC Admissions:

Students can get the admission details on the college official website. The admission forms are available online, students must fill-up the form carefully. Once the application is done the college will provide a unique user name and password to every student for further process. SAC will release a merit list of eligible students considering their grades in qualifying examinations. The eligible students must qualify the St. Aloysius College Entrance Examination. A written test will be conducted.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria was that you should have passed your 12th standard and for admission procedure you had to fill up the college admission form either online or offline and later on your admission will be confirmed. I didn't took any entrance exam. There were no specific cutoffs for my college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : First of all, you have to fill the online form in which you have to select the college name then come for counseling there are three round of counseling and the last is college-level counseling if your Mark's in the board exam is good then you will easily get your admission in the college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admission procedure was done online and it typically the most excellent condition it was done. As the cutoff marks were 60 per cent and the students are also selected, if the students are gone through sports quota or any other submissions.
