- Smt. Rajeswari Viswanathan Memorial Scholarship: This VIT University scholarship is for students belonging to a financially disadvantaged family. The scholarship helps students complete their higher education without any financial constraints.
- Merit Awards are offered to the top 10 students of the batch. However, in order to be eligible for the scholarship, students must maintain a 75% attendance or above with no backlogs or disciplinary complaints.
- Scholarships for NRI and Foreign Students: This VIT Vellore scholarship 2024 will be applicable for students with a CGPA of 8 and above with no backlogs or disciplinary complaints.
- Cent percent Attendance Award is a reward for the students who have maintained 100% attendance in every semester of their academic course.
