Placements & Internships : The placement opportunities are excellent. Approx 7500 students get placed every year. Companies like Wipro, IBM, etc visit the campus to hire students. The minimum salary is 25,000. 

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The qualification for BCA is that the student must have more than 80% in the PCM stream. There is no entrance exam. The students who score above 80% are selected after the counseling procedure.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is 45,000/- per year. Merit scholarships are awarded to the top 10 rank holders for each semester.  Loans are available to students who come from a poor background. 

Academics & Faculty : The classes are from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The students are given assignments for internal and are to bee done before the CAT examinations.  The quality of teaching is very good. The overall experience is good.  

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are many hostels for both men and women. The hostel fee is 90,000/- per year which includes the mess fee as well. The quality of food was very good and cost 40-60/- per meal. The quality of classrooms and labs were very good. 

Clubs & Associations :   There are many clubs are there in VIT like Junior red cross, Sports club, Dance club, Spartan Club, literary association, Dance club, Sports club.  The celebrate all festivals well. They celebrate, Diwali, Pongal, Holi etc.
