Placement Cell :-
VMTW target is to get 100% placements for our students joined during 2010-2014 and forth coming years. The placement cell was inaugurated on 21-03-2011 to uplift the students skills with the latest innovations along with soft and life skills.
The institution is bestowed with a Training & Placement cell which plays a vital role and is becoming a key department of the Institute. Nowadays many Engineering Colleges are coming up with new ideas. The competition for employment is increasing day by day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one.
The Placement activities involve creating a database of companies, interacting with them, and Placement of students in various companies of repute.
The students are expected to undergo the training during their Summer Vacation/ Semester and Intra Semester breaks. The students record their experiences in a training report that they submit after their training is complete.
To make the students Industry ready, the T&P cell is effectively engaged in developing the students in all the desirable skills.
The training and placement cell of the college is effectively engaged in developing the students in all the required skills and placing in top companies. Students are also appraised on continuous basis through seminars and workshops etc. about higher learning opportunities in India and abroad. Right from the First year onwards, regular training is being conducted on total personality development and personal grooming of the students.
