Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks from MP/CBSE board with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject and along with any one of the following subject: Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science.
Students belonging from reserved category must have at least 40% marks.

Applicants have to fill an online form on the college website and then they will be called on the basis of their JEE score.
Admission to B.Tech programme would be based on the rank obtained in JEE conducted by CBSE Board. Admission will be made through centralized counseling conducted by DTE Bhopal.
A candidate who has passed 3 years Engineering Diploma examination or 3 years B.Sc degree from any recognized university with a minimum of 45% marks is eligible for admission process.
A candidate who has passed Bachelors degree in Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks is eligible.
For the reserved category, the minimum marks required is 45%.
The students need to register for the counseling which starts in July. Selected students are expected to submit their documents for verification by reporting to the allotted counseling venue and need to pay part of the admission fee.
Students seeking admission in M.Tech courses offered by the University can get admission on the basis of GATE or through performance in the Qualifying Examination.
A candidate who has passed a bachelors degree from any recognized university with minimum 50% marks can get admission to Takshshila Institute of Engineering and Technology admissions 2022
A candidate can also get admission if they have qualified anyone one of the MPMAT/CAT/MAT exams.
