ACADEMICS & FACULTY
  • Everyday, the class starts at 9.30am Ends 4.30 pm Also have projects, exams like mid these mid is most important to semester these are added to main exams
  • Srit have good quality of teaching and highly qualified teachers My over experience in college is not very bad and not very good simply ok

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS
  • There is a student society in SRIT Ananthapur.
  • The Main festival is college day Just okay there no special clubs, association etc.

About Srinivasa Ramanujan Institute of Technology, [SRIT] Anantapur

Srinivasa Ramanujan Institute of Technology (SRIT), Anantapur a non-profitable organization was established in 2008 and it is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and is affiliated to JNTU, Anantapur. It is a brain child of Smt. Aluru Narayanamma Memorial Educational Society. The college  aims of imparting quality technical education and to provide Value based education, employment avenues for rural students. 

SRIT is a creation to impart and provide such a knowledge which is strength and power of the society with the learning of the latest developments of the world to meet the growing demand for trained man power. It takes keen interest in updating it’s infra structures which provides an ambience that stimulates intellectual thinking and academic interaction to meet the technological revolution and new challenges of modern era.

  • To motivate and uplift the Rural and Semi-urban students in the field of technology and create in them a complete confidence and also safeguard the economically backward students of the society.
  • To mould the students into real human beings by equipping them with ethical and human values.
  • To make the students get to know the practicality of human life and feel the pulse of belonging to the entire globe.
    In guiding them to earn secure careers so as to live happily and contribute their services for the faster development of the nation.
  • To make the institution a "center of excellence" in the fields of Technical & Management studies.

The vision of SRIT is to involve its students in never-ending Engineering Research and make them excel in Quality Education. In the years to come its vision is to keep its students in the forefront in Engineering and Technological Education. Moreover it should remain forever a world class institution for technological education and scientific research for public good.


Facilities :-

Hostels

The Hostels of SRIT are managed by a committee consists of 5 members. The Committee headed by Dr. K. V. Subba Reddy, Principal and the committee members are Mr V. Srinivasa Reddy, Chief Advisor, Mr A V Dhanunjaya Reddy, Asst. Professor, Mr Thomas Reddy and Mr R P Rammohan Reddy. Hostel was started in the year 2008 to provide accommodation to the students. The hostel has grown from its inception. A students committee would be formed every year for the mess and grievance reddressal.
