Hostel

Sphoorthy’s campus hostel is quite spacious, and a minimum of 500 students can stay here. For girl students, the security is beefed up, and they are protected from any kind of adversities.

The hostel is maintained very clean, so that the surroundings are hygienic. If you are looking for engineering colleges with hostel facility in Hyderabad, then Sphoorthy is the ideal college to go with.

Our hostel kitchen features a large menu, with tens of mouthwatering dishes. And these dishes are made with utmost care to maintain the hygiene.

We have also provided a dedicated gym in the ladies hostel, so that they can stay fit and healthy during the stay. The hostel rooms are also provided with all the required amenities, which our students would like for sure.

Transportation

Sphoorthy Engineering College located in Hyderabad. College provides transportation facility for the students coming from different locations of the city. The Institution runs huge number of buses covering all the important points of the City and separate Buses from Dilsukhnagar for Girl and Boy Students separately.

We are happy to inform to students & their parents that college is having their own transportation facility.

Canteen

Sphoorthy Engineering College has spacious canteen facility in the college premises and is run by college management. For students, canteen is just not a place to eat but it’s a place where they hang out and have a word exchange to relax.

Sphoorthy campus canteen provides a variety of food prepared by skilled chefs. Management takes special care in providing students hygienic food. Spacious canteen allows with good seating facilities.

The dishes prepared here are delicious and nutritious as well. Food items are prepared with RO treated water. Sphoorthy college canteen provides quality food at low tariff.

Sports & Games

Sphoorthy Engineering College encourages students to participate in Sports and Games giving importance to physical education as well as encouraging student’s interests. A professional physical director is appointed by the management to train students in their field of interest.

All infrastructure facilities for Sports and Games are funded by Sphoorthy college management. It encourages students by conducting special events annually that includes encouraging students by rewarding them through conducting tournaments etc.

Sphoorthy campus includes volleyball courts, tennis court and cricket space. Indoor games includes chess, caroms etc. In the world of competitive studies students are forced with lot of pressures so the management of Sphoorthy believes it shouldn’t get into that routine track of study system and follows a philosophy – ‘Physical fitness suppress mental pressures’, and let all students take advantage of it perfectly.

Computer Labs:

Sphoorthy Engineering College has high-end computing and network resources for the academic and research programs. Computer Labs are fully equipped with internet facilities.Computer lab is centrally air-conditioned and to continue operations without interruption UPS backup facility is arranged.

English communication labs:

A range of language functions of particular relevance to Engineering and Technology is exemplified in the English Language Lab. This new approach is task based and skill-oriented. All the four skills involved in learning a language namely reading, listening, speaking and writing are developed through various tasks. By working through the activities, they try to prove their effectiveness in using English as the means for development and empowerment in their chosen profession.

Central Library:

Sphoorthy Engineering College Library occupies a place of pride and is an essential component of the institute’s outstanding research and education mission and spaciously built in with 16,000 sq. ft. The students can avail book bank facility to get text books required throughout the course through the payment of nominal fees.

Digital library:

Sphoorthy Engineering College digital library is equipped with 100+ systems. It is a member of DELNET. Digital library serves as the e-source information centre for students. In this digital library students can access to thousands of e-book resources, video lectures, e-journals, NPTEL resources, GEMS. Sphoorthy digital library has internet facility that let students access the latest information online anytime. Store for video tutorials provides lectures on different subjects of different engineering branches.

Auditorium:

Sphoorthy college spacious auditorium provides good stage for conducting events, seminars and workshops. Auditorium is centralized A/C hall with proper audio and visual facility available.

Incubation center:

To promote Ideas of the Students and  in setting up their facilities and to assist young professionals in setting up their entrepreneurship by providing shell space in  has incubation Centre situated in Sphoorthy Engineering College.

Robotics labs:

A Robotic Club has been established to encourage the innovative ideas by providing funds to the Students.
