SMIMS MBBS: Courses, Eligibility

MBBS [Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery] Details

SMIMS MBBS is a 4-year 6 month, full-time program offered to students followed by one year of Compulsory Rotating Residential Internship.  

Admission to these courses is based on22 the NEET scores followed by counselling conducted by NTA. Upon the counseling, the seats are allocated to students at SMIMS. The NEET 2023 exam was conducted on May 07, 2023 and the results are expected by the second week of June.

SMIMS MBBS Eligibility Criteria

Admissions will be made based on the NEET merit list generated by NTA. To be eligible for admission to the MBBS course, a candidate must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English with minimum of 50% marks 

SMIMS MBBS Admission

Admission to the SMIMS MBBS course is based on the NEET scores and counseling. Based on these factors, the students will be given a seat in the SMIMS MBBS course.

Application Procedure

Students seeking admission to SMIMS must apply through the official website. When the application portal opens, students can apply for NEET and appear for the entrance exam. Based on the scores, the seat is allotted to students. The process to apply is given here:

Admission to SMIMS MBBS is made through NEET.

Documents Required

At the time of admission, students are required to present a few important documents. The list of these documents is given below:. 

• Marksheet and Certificate of 10th and 12th.
• NEET mark sheet.
• Migration certificate in case of students coming from other boards from other states.
• Transfer certificate
• Photo id proof such as Adhaar Card
• 3 Passport sizes pictures
• Original Registration Payment Receipt

SMIMS MBBS Fees 

The total SMIMS MBBS fee is INR 17.0 Lakh. This includes tuition fees, registration fees, and some other variables.
