The placement cell of the RCM Bhubaneswar, which started in 1982, has been securing 100% placements for its students since its inception. The cell conducts training sessions for the interview and group discussion processes. These training sessions are conducted in association with the faculty members. RCM Bhubaneswar Placement cell is also engaged in disseminating job opportunities and self-employment information. The institute also has a Corporate Relations Cell (CRC) that communicates between the recruiters and students. The following are the important functions of the placement cell.
