R. C. Institute of Technology, a venture of Ram Chandra Gahlot Trust, is a pioneer Institution in Delhi creating professionals in the field of Science & Management. RCIT was established with an objective to impart education in the field of Information Technology and Teacher Education with a practical approach, in turn catering to the needs of trade and industry to equip students with necessary skills, to encourage entrepreneurship and independence among students. The Institute is ISO 9001:2000 certified and was inaugurated by Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Delhi. Institute is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

COMPUTER LAB-It is equipped with latest computers with 24 hours internet facility of 2 MBPS speed & air-conditioned .
LIBRARY-The Library has a vast collection of books, Journals & encyclopaedias having 379 titles & 2150 volumes.Internet & Photocopy facilities are also available in the library.
CLASS ROOMS- The classrooms are well equipped with modern teaching

Training & Placement cell
The college has organized campus Placement of Arvatto company & V serve technology. Students have been placed in reputed & renowed software companies like Satyam, TCS, I Gate, Syntel, HCL, IBM, NIIT,AVL. The B.Ed. traninees have also achieved laurels in their academic pursuits. We are proud to proclaim that 95% of the passout students are well placed in reputed schools of Delhi
